With over 18 years of experience in the community-based services sector, Rafa possesses in-depth management and operational knowledge across various social and aged care programs. Rafa holds an MBA from the University of South Australia and is a Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand member, providing him with a strong foundation in business management and strategic decision-making. Bronwyn Taylor Executive Assistant to the GM Bronwyn (Bron) joined Alwyndor in 2022. This follows an extensive career in Local Government in various roles. Bron brings her work and life experience to her Executive Assistant role providing support to the General Manager and the Executive Team. Bron also manages Alwyndor’s Social Media and internal communications and newsletters. Bron is creative at heart with a very strong passion for excellence in customer service and people welfare.
